No stairs or elevators and less crowded beach area since there are no high rises at the closed beach access! Located approx 0.5 mile from the beach on the west end of PCB, between Pier Park and 30A. Small pets under 30 pounds welcome with no additional pet fee AND we clean comforters after each stay!. Max of 2 pets under 30 pounds!

Enjoy the easy access to the condo and beach with one flight of stairs and avoid the elevator during the busy season.

AK Getaways is proud of our newest vacation rental! It is a 10 minute walk to the beach in a family friendly neighborhood on the quiet west-end of PCB. We allow 2 SMALL pets under 30 pounds with NO additional pet fee AND we wash the comforters after every stay. We guarantee a clean home.
